My favourite dessert

In this page I will discuss my favourite dessert, which is Schmalzkuchen. Schmalzkuchen ist mostly sold in Feimarkts in Germany. It tastes sweet and delicious. However like every sweet bakery it costs a lot for a small portion and might make you fat, if you get addicted to it…. . Schmalzkuchen has a rectangle form and goldbrown color because in fact it is only deep fried cake, like doughnut. Nevertheless I prefer to call it German doughnuts “Schmalzkuchen”. Although German doughnuts have not such a big size as doughnuts they tast much better because they are not as sweet as doughnuts and you can easily popp them into your mouth. I like them because they are both: cookie and tart. This is an image of my favourite Bakery:

• sugar
• flavour
• milk
• eggs
• …etc. what you need for baking cookies

This is what you have to do:

1. make dough
2. knead the dough
3. make different forms out of the dough
4. bake it in hot oil

Now if I do not hurry up Mr. Kevin will say:

Schmalzkuchen is not only used for desserts. but sometimes also for tea-time. But because I attend AIS there is no tea-time for Schmak.
